• RESOLUTION 81-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 81-01 <br /> ANTHONY LANE NORTH IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Consulting Engineering firm of Short-Elliott- <br /> Hendrickson, Inc. , have heretofore reported to this Council that <br /> improvement project number 1981-01 is feasible, and <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 13th day of <br /> January, 1981, fixed a date, for a public hearing on. said improve- <br /> ment, and <br /> WHEREAS, ten (:10) days ' published notice of said hearing through <br /> two weekly publications was given and the hearing was held on the <br /> 10th day of February, 1981, at which time all persons . desiring to <br /> be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be in the best interest of the <br /> City that said improvements be made, consisting of storm sewer, <br /> curb and gutter, bituminous .roadway (Section 2 design) and water- <br /> line, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> • St. Anthony, .Hennepin and Ramsey Counties , Minnesota, that improve- <br /> ment project number 81-01 pursuant- to the preliminary engineering <br /> report and public hearing as. hereinbefore mentioned is hereby <br /> ordered, subject to the . execution- of a, joint powers agreement with <br /> the City of Roseville. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of 00-QrL1 , 1981. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City C er <br /> Reviewed for administration: 0,,,�� <br /> Cit anager <br />
