LEASE <br /> (PARKVIEW SCHOOL) <br /> THIS INDENTURE OF LEASE , made and entered into as <br /> of �-�-y �, 1981 , by and between' INDEPENDENT SCHOOL <br /> DISTRICCTT NO. 282 , a Minnesota public school corporation <br /> ( " the District" ) and the CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, a Minnesota <br /> municipal corporation ( "the City" ) . <br /> The District and the City , in consideration of <br /> the rents , covenants , and considerations hereinafter <br /> specified , do hereby agree with each other as follows : <br /> 1. Leased Premises. The District grants , and <br /> the City accepts , a lease of the following premises <br /> located in the City of St . Anthony, County of Hennepin , <br /> State of Minnesota: <br /> Those areas ( approximately 6 ,000 square feet) <br /> outlined in red .on Exhibit A attached hereto ( "Leased <br /> Premises" ) of the Parkview School Building ( "Building" ) <br /> located at 3301 Silver Lake Road , and being part of the <br /> real estate located in the City of St .
