21-3 <br /> • RESOLUTION 81-036 <br /> A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY <br /> TO GRANT ELIMINATION OF SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION <br /> ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD "D" <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony desires to begin the reconstruc- <br /> tion of County Road "D" ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the aforementioned . reconstruction would include sidewalk <br /> construction on the south and/or north side.(s) of County Road "D" ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , the north side of County Road "D" lies within Ramsey <br /> County; and <br /> WHEREAS , the south side of County Road "D" lies within Hennepin <br /> County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony desires the sidewalk .to be constructed on the north <br /> side .of County Road- "D" only. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED., that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony requests the County of Hennepin to grant the elimination <br /> of sidewalk construction on- the south side of County Road "D" . <br /> Adopted this day of 1981 . <br /> Ka- <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Acting City Manager <br /> r <br /> r' , <br />
