i <br /> RESOLUTION 81-.041 <br /> A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE AGREEMENT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY AND A.F.S.C.M.E. <br /> LOCAL NO. 57, ,REPRESENTING THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> WEHREAS, the City is obligated under the Public Employment Labor <br /> Relations Act to negotiate with labor representatives as to the <br /> terms and conditions of employment. <br /> WHEREAS, an agreement has been reached with A.F.S .C.M.E.
