WAIVE MAJOR STREET .PLAN REQUIREMENT <br /> FOR ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> WHEREAS, NuWay Builders , Inc. is the .developer for the proposed <br /> St. Anthony Court in the City of St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS , proposed plat for. said project .has .been submitted to <br /> Ramsey County,-, Engineering Division; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Major Street Plan from -the Ramsey County Eng- <br /> ineer requires NuWay Builders, Inc. to delegate an additional right- <br /> of-way off of Silver Lake Road adjacent to- the St. Anthony Court <br /> plat; and <br /> WHEREAS, said requirement would. cause- undue hardship in the develop- <br /> ment of St. Anthony Court, <br /> \, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony requests that Ramsey County waive the :Major Street <br /> Plan requirement for an additional right-of-way for the development <br /> of St. Anthony Court. <br /> Adopted this g day of 1981 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> Acting Ci y Manager <br /> ,1 — <br />
