JUST.ICE COORDINATING <br /> COUNCIL BY-LAWS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony recognizes the need for criminal <br /> justice planning and coordination .on a countywide basis ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony there fore. .participated by formal <br /> resolution authorizing its membership' in• the Hennepin County <br /> Criminal` Justice Coordinating Council; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Hennepin County' Criminal Justice: Coordinating Council <br /> has proposed an amendment to the Coordinating Council'.s Operational <br /> By-Laws wherein representation from- private sector agencies would <br /> be increased from four to six positions so as to enhance the <br /> Council' s .ability to more accurately reflect community interests <br /> and needs; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony- does approve this amendment to the Operational By-Laws <br /> • of the -Hennepin County Criminal.
