�JU <br /> _'Job- <br /> RESOLUTION 81-061 <br /> A RESOLUTION AGREEING TO PARTICIPATE <br /> IN YEARS VIII , IX, AND X OF' THE. CDBG PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota and the County of <br /> Hennepin have in effect -a .Joint Cooperation Agreement, County <br /> Contract No. 90467 , for the purposes of the United States Department <br /> of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City and the. County wish to terminate the Agreement <br /> and execute a new Joint Cooperation .Agreement, County Contract <br /> No. 10405; <br /> BE IT. RESOLVED, that the current Joint Cooperation Agreement <br /> between the City and the County, County Contract No. 90467 be <br /> terminated effective .September 30 , 1981 and a new Joint Cooperation <br /> Agreement between the City and the County, County Contract No. <br /> 10405, be executed effective .October- 1, 1981, and that the Mayor <br /> and the City Manager be authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and- upon a vote <br /> being duly taken thereon, the following voted .in favor thereof : <br /> Haik, Sundland, Marks, Letourneau, Ranallo <br /> and <br /> the following voted against the same: none. <br /> Adopted this Q day of S,"f-&_rn 1be_ - , 1981. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Revewed; for administration: <br /> _ CkLL2- <br /> Ciry Manager <br />
