�Q <br /> RESOLUTION 81-067 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROCEDURAL <br /> GUIDES FOR URBAN HENNEPIN <br /> COUNTY CDBG PROGRAM <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, . that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony , <br /> Minnesota adopt "Procedural Guides .Urban Hennepin County Housing <br /> Rehabilitation Grant Program; July, 1981" , as supplied by the <br /> Hennepin County Office of Planning and Development., for the -purpose <br /> of providing housing rehabilitation grants to eligible homeowners <br /> within the City funded from the Urban Hennepin. County Community <br /> Development Block Grant' Program, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota requests that Hennepin County, as the <br /> responsible Urban Hennepin County CDBG recipient, administer the <br /> Housing Rehabilitation. Grant Program within the City as approved <br /> through and funded by the Urban Hennepin County CDBG program, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony, Minnesota authorizes the use by Hennepin County of <br /> seven percent of the Urban Hennepin County CDBG entitlement amount <br /> approved for expenditure within the City for the purpose of <br /> providing housing rehabilitation grants to reimburse the County <br /> for related administrative expenses effective July 2 , 1981. <br /> The question was on the adoption of- the resolution, .and upon a <br /> vote being duly taken, thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Ranallo, Marks , Letourneau and Sundland, <br /> and, <br /> the following voted against the same: none. <br /> Adopted this�day of SSPA�bGt--. , 1981. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> "i <br /> ReviFwed for administration: 6:� II I <br /> City Manager <br />
