/3/31 <br /> RESOLUTION 82-008 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1982 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has <br /> considered its construction program, and <br /> WHEREAS , the Council deems it necessary to establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for public improvements so as to insure <br /> adequate time to comply with the improvement procedures as <br /> established in the Minnesota State Statutes . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final <br /> day for accepting petitions for public improvements to be <br /> • included in the 1982 construction program. <br /> Adopted this 5 day of f�� u Q_T. 1982 . <br /> arl � <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
