• <br /> RESOLUTION 82-012 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING 1982 MODIFICATIONS <br /> IN THE NON-ORGANIZED PERSONNEL <br /> COMPENSATION/CLASSIFICATION PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has established a formal compensation/ <br /> classification program; <br /> WHEREAS., the. program is in need of modifications for 1982 ; <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed program elements , market <br /> compensation rates , performance appraisal processes and the <br /> City ' s ability to pay; <br /> WHEREAS , considerable judgement andlatitude rests with <br /> supervisory employees and the City Manager in the proper, <br /> equitable administration of the program with full account- <br /> ability of the program by the City Manager to the City Council . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City.
