13p <br /> RESOLUTION 82-013 <br /> • A RESOLUTION VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY <br /> EASEMENT IN ST. ANTHONY INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION <br /> After discussion of a petition to vacate. a drainage and utility <br /> easement as dedicated in St. Anthony Industrial Park Addition, <br /> it was deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation <br /> requested in the .petition. Council member Ranallo <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that the following described portion of St. Anthony Industrial Park <br /> be, and the same hereby is , declared and ordered vacated and <br /> discontinued: <br /> All that part of the ten foot-.-drainage and..utility easement as <br /> dedicated and lying adjacent z outherly to the north line of <br /> lot 5 , block 1 , St. Anthony -Industrial Park except the east <br /> 10 feet thereof and except the westerly 10 feet thereof. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded <br /> by Councilman Letourneau and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof: Sundland, Ranallo, Marks , <br /> Letourneau, Enrooth, and the following voted. against same : none. <br /> [Thereupon the resolution is duly passed and adopted. <br /> • Adopted this ,Z(o day of 1982 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST:. <br /> City Clerk If <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> - --..•----- <br /> I certify that this is .a true and <br /> accurate copy of St. Anthony .records. <br /> .12 <br /> Date <br /> • �u ___. <br />
