RESOLUTION 82-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> AND TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS' FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE <br /> ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD BRIDGE AND APPROACH <br /> WHEREAS., the consulting engineer retained for the purpose has pre- <br /> pared plans and specifications for the construction of the St. Anthony <br /> Boulevard Bridge and approach and has presented such plans and <br /> specifications to the Council for approval; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED by the City Council of St. Anthony , <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. Such plans and specifications are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The City Clerk- shall prepare . and. cause to-be inserted in the <br /> official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement <br /> for bids upon construction under. such.-approved plans and.,spec -fications . <br /> The advertisement shall be. published three (3) times and shall <br /> specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened <br /> and read at 2 :00 P.M. , on May 20 , 1982 , and will be considered by <br /> the City Council at their May 25 , 1982 Council meeting in the <br /> Council Chambers of the City Hall , 3301 Silver Lake Road, and that <br /> no bids shall be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk <br /> and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or <br /> certified check payable to the Clerk for 10 per cent of the amount <br /> of such bid. <br /> Adopted this .27'A day of *cd 1982 . - <br /> 6 1_zft <br /> 4; 16-P <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> f. <br /> ,.-`Reviewedfor administration: CLU", <br /> City Manager <br />
