l'U <br /> RESOLUTION 82-026 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SERVICE <br /> RECOGNITION PROGRAM FOR ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires the <br /> establishment of a Service Recognition Program for the City 's <br /> employees. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, service shall be determined from employment records <br /> and years of permanent parttime employment shall count equally with <br /> full time employment and the final ..decision on years of service <br /> shall rest with the City Manager. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, an Employee Service Recognition <br /> Program is hereby adopted as follows : <br /> (1) All employees with five years service shall receive a service <br /> emblem .mounted..on lapel 'Pin, tie tac or stick pin at a cost <br /> not to exceed $20 . 00 . <br /> (2) All employees with ten years service shall receive a service <br /> emblem mounted on a lapel pin, .tie tac, stick pin., key holder, <br /> brooch, belt buckle , or circle� pin .at a cost not to exceed <br /> • $30 . 00 . <br /> (3) All employees with 15 or 20 years of service - shall receive <br /> a service emblem mounted .on lapel pin, tie tac, stick pin, key <br /> holder,. brooch, belt buckle, circle pin, lighter, knife , bracelet, <br /> or necklace at a cost not to exceed $40 . 000 . <br /> (4) All employees with .25 or 30- years service shall receive a service <br /> emblem on any item above or a ring at a cost not to exceed $60 .00 . <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, this .program .may be modified by City Council <br /> resolution from time .to time as .needs. dictate and may be terminated <br /> by action of the Council, .if deemed necessary. <br /> Adopted this 8 day of ��,_nP� 1982 . <br /> r Mayor <br /> '`~ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
