RESOLUTION 82-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING OF MOTOR' <br /> • VEHICLES ON BOTH SIDES OF COUNTY ROAD D <br /> FROM BELDEN DRIVE TO HIGHCREST ROAD <br /> WHEREAS , the County has planned the improvement of County Road D <br /> from Silver Lake Road to I -35W. <br /> WHEREAS, the County will be expending Federal Aid Urban funds on the <br /> improvement of said .street , and <br /> WHEREAS, said improvement does -not conform to the approved minimum <br /> standards as previously adopted for such County State Aid streets and <br /> that approval of the proposed construction .as a County State Aid street <br /> project must, therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions , <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary <br /> prerequisite to the approval of this construction as a Federal Aid Urban <br /> project in the City, has been determined. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, tha't the CJ-ty requests the. <br /> County to restrict the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of County <br /> Road D from Belden Drive to Highcrest Road, at all times. <br /> Adopted this Q day of , 1982. <br /> • <br /> 1o1lilv <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> nII <br /> r <br /> Reviewed for Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
