• sanitary dwellings at least equal in number to the number of <br /> families who may be so displaced; that- the Authority, in <br /> acquiring any properties, must and will provide all relocation <br /> assistance and benefits required by the Federal Uniform Relocation <br /> Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, <br /> any acts amendatory thereof, .any regulations duly adopted pursuant <br /> thereto, and any regulations duly -adopted by the State. of .Minnesota, <br /> its agencies, or political subdivisions pursuant to law; <br /> 8 . . That the Plan conforms to a general plan for the <br /> development of .the locality as a who <br /> 9 . That the method proposed for financing the project <br /> proposed by the Plan .is ,feasible and adequate to properly <br /> And fully finance the project. <br /> THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby resolve and direct <br /> as follows: <br /> A. That the Plan, in all respects, including the method <br /> proposed for financing the project proposed by the Plan, is <br /> hereby approved; <br /> B. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to maintain on <br /> file a copy of the Plan as hereby approved, together with the <br /> • written opinion of the Planning Commission dated June 15 , 1982 <br /> and the Findings and Determinations, and Resolutions of the <br /> Authority, dated July 27 , 1982; <br /> C. That the City Council pledges its cooperation, and <br /> that of all officials, departments, boards, and commissions <br /> of the City, in helping to implement and carry out the Plan, <br /> and directs that all such officials, departments, boards, and <br /> commissions cooperate in all appropriate ways to assist and <br /> expedite all actions to implement and carry out the Plan, <br /> including, but not limited to, all actions that are necessary <br /> or desirable to implement the method proposed for financing <br /> the project proposed by the Plan. <br /> D.
