RESOLUTION 82-061 <br /> • A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 37th AVENUE <br /> RECONSTRUCTION RIGHT-OF-WAY PLANS <br /> WHEREAS , Ramsey County, in conjunction with Hennepin County , and the <br /> Cities of Roseville , New Brighton and St. Anthony, has prepared plans <br /> for the reconstruction of 37th Avenue (County Road "D") from Silver <br /> Lake Road to I-35W; and <br /> WHEREAS, reconstruction of 37th Avenue will require the acquisition <br /> of right-of-way in the City of St. Anthony and plans for such <br /> acquisition have been submitted to the City of St. Anthony for review <br /> and approval. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony as follows : <br /> The right-of-way plans for the St. Anthony portion of the 37th <br /> Avenue Reconstruction from Silver Lake Road to Highcrest are <br /> hereby approved subject to the condition that said plans be <br /> amended to show that from Highcrest to Foss Road the proposed <br /> 8' sidewalk be adjacent to the curb , that the.
