13 <br /> RESOLUTION 82-044 <br /> A RESOLUTION ADOPTI14G THE ST. ANTHONY <br /> • COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS , . the Metropolitan Land Planning Act requires local governmental <br /> units to prepare comprehensive .plans and submit them to the Metro- <br /> politan Council; and <br /> WHEREAS , the plan entitled City of St. Anthony Comprehensive Plan, <br /> represents the response to City of St. Anthony to the requirements <br /> of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and <br /> WHEREAS , this plan was adopted by the City '.of St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission on June 3 , 1980 following public hearings with required <br /> _ _ legal notice; and <br /> WHEREAS ,- this plan was sent to the Cities of Columbia Heights , New <br /> Brighton, Roseville, Minneapolis and. the Counties of Anoka, Ramsey <br /> and Hennepin, and School District .282 , and to the Metropolitan Council <br /> for review and comment on January 10 , 1980 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , this plan was considered and accepted, but not adopted, by <br /> the St. Anthony City Council on July 22 , 1980; and <br /> WHEREAS , the plan. was transmitted .to the Cities of Columbia Heights , <br /> New Brighton, Roseville, Minneapolis and the Counties of Anoka, <br /> • Ramsey and Hennepin, and School District . 282 , and to the Metropolitan <br /> Council concurrently .with submission to the 'Metropolitan Council for <br /> formal review under the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 11,. 1981, the Metropolitan Council considered the <br /> St. Anthony Comprehensive Plan and adopted Resolution No. 81-120 which <br /> provided for adoption of the Plan and contained certain recommendations <br /> to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony has responded. to the recommendations <br /> of the Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby adopts the Plan titled City of St. Anthony <br /> Comprehensive Plan. <br /> Adopt.ed this 14 _day of 19 82 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ` es <br /> ATTEST: ,., <br /> • City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: l ► � �`� <br /> City Manager <br />
