I�P, <br /> RESOLUTION, 83-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION 'ACCEPTING. THE BID FROM <br /> BERGERSON AND CASWELL., INC. TO PERFORM <br /> THE PULLING OF THE .PUMP_ AT CITY WATER WELL #3 <br /> WHEREAS , the pulling of the pump at City Water Well #3 has <br /> been deemed necessary; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. . Anthony- has received four bids for- <br /> the pulling of the pump and. possible -repairs to Well #3 , the <br /> lowest bid being that from -Bergerson and.
