i <br /> RESOLUTION 83-017 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND THE, SALVATION ARMY <br /> FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY COSTS <br /> WHEREAS , the Salvation Army Camp, whose .property lies within the <br /> boundaries of the City of St. Anthony, has requested a feasibility <br /> study to be made on drainage pr.oblems -on- their property; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City of St. Anthony., as .the contracting agency, received <br /> and submitted to the Salvation Army, a proposal for said feasibility <br /> study from Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. ; and <br /> WHEREAS , an Agreement is herewith submitted to the St. Anthony City <br /> Council, between the City of St. Anthony and the Salvation Army, which <br /> - Agreement delineates the costs and method payments therefor. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to <br /> execute the above-described Agreement between the City of St. Anthony <br /> and the Salvation Army. <br /> Adopted this ,�� day of 1983 . <br /> O <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: &L�/ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City _Manager <br /> �._ <br />
