10 ANIMAL CONTROL CONTRACT <br /> J <br /> b and am-' Y <br /> This agreement made this A day of reinafter r ferred to as MAPSI and the <br /> between MAPSI inc., a Minnesota Corporation, he <br /> a Municipal Corporation located in the County of <br /> City <br /> ,an the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as City, w <br /> nesseth: <br /> In consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, it is mutually agreed by <br /> and between the parties hereto as follows: <br /> 1 . This agreement hall bSand shall continue in <br /> ef�Iofunl�ss cancelled pursuant to Paragraph 15. <br /> effect until <br /> 2. MAPSI agrees to patrol the public street of the City <br /> vehicle <br /> schedule especially <br /> agreed upon <br /> designedfor the transportation of small animals, in accordance with a <br /> by both parties. _ <br /> ng <br /> 3. MAPSI agrees that the pound facilities shall be <br /> reclaim animals from 8.00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays, and. from 1:00 <br /> p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sundays and Holidays. <br /> APSI or <br /> 6. At the time that an animal impounded under this contract <br /> is provided by C/itynOrdinanceSMAPSI <br /> agent <br /> shall collect the impounding fee and boarding charges as p <br /> services rendered <br /> shall furnish monthly reports to the City as required as to the fees,service <br /> licenserfees and any other <br /> in connection with each animal impounded. All impounding <br /> penalty fees collected by MAPSI or its agent shall be remitted to the City. <br />
