THE PAINTING <br /> OF THE CITY WATER TANK <br /> WHEREAS , it has been determined the condition of the inside and <br /> outside of the City of St. Anthony ' s 250,000 gallon elevated <br /> water tank requires painting; and <br /> WHEREAS , a call for bids was published. in the City 's legal <br /> newspaper; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City received seven .bids for said project; the <br /> lowest bidder being Schumann Bros. , Inc. ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City' s engineer has checked and recommended the <br /> quality of work of Schumann Bros . , Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the.
