�y <br /> RESOLUTION. 83-025 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING YEAR IX <br /> USE OF ,COMMUNIT.Y DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St'. Anthony has: executed .a Joint Cooperation <br /> Agreement with. Hennepin County establishingparticipation in the <br /> Urban Hennepin -County Community Development Block Grant Program; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has developed a proposal for the- use of Urban <br /> Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it; and <br /> WHEREAS , the proposed use of Community Development Block Grant <br /> funds by the City has been developed consistent with the Urban <br /> Hennepin County Statement of Objectives and the Housing and <br /> Community Development Act of -1974, as amended; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed use of Community Development Block Grant <br /> funds was developed in cooperation with local citizens and the <br /> appropriate Urban Hennepin County Planning Area Citizen Advisory <br /> Committee; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony. approves the proposed program for use of <br /> Year IX Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant , <br /> funds by the City and authorizes submittal of the proposal to <br /> Hennepin County for consideration for. inclusion in the Year IX <br /> Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant State- <br /> ment of Objectives and Projected Use of Funds . <br /> Adopted this day of AL1 1983. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: 0,Z2Aa' , <br /> City Clerk <br /> Rev�Lewed for administration: I C <br /> City Manager <br />
