wv) RESOLUTION 83-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1983 TAX LEVY, <br /> COLLECTIBLE IN 1984 AND THE 1984 CITY BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the financial needs of the <br /> City for calendar year 1984; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has attemptedto provide a level of expenditures <br /> necessary to provide an adequate level. of service. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the following sums of money be <br /> levied the current year, collectible in 1984 , upon taxable property <br /> in the City of St. Anthony, for the following purposes : <br /> Fund Levy <br /> General Fund $727 ,500 <br /> AND, FURTHERMORE, that sufficient funds have been provided for all <br /> debt service (bonded debt) obligations so that all tax levies <br /> for such obligations are hereby cancelled. <br /> AND, FURTHERMORE, that the 1984 budget is hereby approved. <br /> The City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit ,a certified copy of <br /> this resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties . <br /> Adopted this a�,�► day of s"-n+c-M e_r- 1983. <br /> f <br /> c-Play r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> r- <br /> Reviewed for administration: d �• �� <br /> City Manager <br /> r <br /> I certify that this is a true and <br /> accurate copy of St. Anthony ds. <br /> 9/30 jl-i ,B <br /> � Date <br />
