• AGREEMENT FOR MINTER ROAD MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> This agreement is entered into between the City of Saint Anthony <br /> Minnesota, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as a y, an <br /> the County of Ramsey, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, herein- <br /> after referred to as the "County." <br /> Whereas, the County, through the Ramsey County Public Works Department, is <br /> responsible for the maintenance of certain roadways within the City; and <br /> Whereas, the City has the staff, equipment and proximity to these roadways <br /> to provide the winter maintenance necessary on the roads. <br /> The parties mutually agree as follows: <br /> 1. Services: The services which the City shall perform are as follows: <br /> a. The City shall provide winter maintenance on .48 miles <br /> of County roadways, more particularly describe below: <br /> Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to .48 miles <br /> Silver Lake Road <br /> b. The term "winter maintenance" includes but is not limited to <br /> snowplowing, salting and sanding. <br /> c. The City shall furnish all equipment, materials, and staff <br /> necessary to provide winter maintenance.. <br /> d.. The City shall provide winter maintenance beginning on the <br /> date of December 1 , 983, through the date of <br /> March 31 . 198431 . 1984 <br /> 2. Payment: The County shall pay the City as follows: <br /> a. The County shall pay the City at the rate of $1 ,978.35 <br /> per mile per season, ( December 1 .' 1283, through <br /> March 31 , 1984 ), and the total cost to the County <br /> sa e <br /> b. The County shall pay the City for these services on sub- <br /> mission of a billing at the end of the winter maintenance <br /> • season or by June 15, 19 84 , <br />
