• 7. In the event an animal impounded and boarded by order of the City Health Officer or <br /> placed under quarantine by ruling of the State Board of Health, said animal shall <br /> be boarded as required by said order or ruling. At the end of such period, the <br /> City releases all of its interests, right and control over said animals which may <br /> then be disposed of at the discretion of MAPSI. In the event that any dogs, cats, <br /> or other impounded animals are unclaimed after- five (5) days, as required by City <br /> (Ordinance, they shall become the property of MAPSI and may be disposed of or sold <br /> at their discretion. All proceeds from the disposition of such animals may be j <br /> retained by MAPSI., including any proceeds received from any animals disposed of <br /> in accordance to Minnesota Statutes 35.71 . <br /> 8. The City shall furnish to MAPSI all license forms, pound receipts and license tag's as speci- <br /> fied <br /> eci- <br /> fied in the Ordinance and MAPSI shall keep records of all animals impounded together with <br /> a description of the same. <br /> 9. MAPSI shall furnish all vehicles with two way radios and/or other communication equip- <br /> ment and agrees to service and maintain said equipment. <br /> 10. Upon request, MAPSI shall provide to the City proof of public liability insurance in- <br /> cluding comprehensive automobile liability in an amount of at least $100,000 per each <br /> claimant and $300,000 per occurrence. <br /> 11. MAPSI agrees that during the period of this contract it will not, within the State of Min- <br /> nesota, discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, <br /> color, creed, sex, national origin, or ancestry and will include a similar provision in all sub- <br /> contracts entered into for the performance hereof. This paragraph is inserted in this con- <br /> tract to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 181.59. <br /> 12. The City agrees to pay MAPSI for services in the performance of this contract as <br /> follows: <br /> a. Base fee for Administrative Services (per month) <br /> $�v <br /> b. Price per hour per ambulance for furnishing Patrol Ambulance for scheduled <br /> patrol, (actual time in service for the City) <br /> c. Price for each 24 hours or fraction thereof for boarding any species of <br /> animal impounded by direction of City officials or local I o�.dina e.1 <br /> $ <br /> d. Price per each animal for destroying dogs or cats. 7- <br /> e. <br /> e. Price per hour per ambulance for service during other than scheduled or <br /> regular working hours including travel time (Special Service). Minimum call, <br /> one hour <br />
