ANTHOY-' ;,ATIONAL BANK <br /> WHEREAS, bank deregulation legislation'-allows the utilization <br /> of money market and NOW accounts at the St. Anthony National <br /> Bank by the St. Anthony Municipal Liquor Operation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Barbara Hickerson is the authorized financial officer <br /> for the Liquor Operation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,.
