RESOLUTION 84-009 <br /> .A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1984 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered <br /> its construction. program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems . it necessary to .establish a time <br /> limit on the requests for public improvements_ so as to insure <br /> adequate time to comply with the -improvement procedures .as established <br /> in the Minnesota State Statutes . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED., that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for <br /> accepting petitions for public improvements to be included in the <br /> 1984 construction program. <br /> Adopted this C>'th day of Mj Lt_ L ry 1984 . <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ci y Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> I <br />
