The Committee will be comprised as follows : <br /> i 1. Ex=Officio• Members <br /> Executive Director of- the League of Minnesota <br /> Cities . <br /> Executive Director of the Association of Metro- <br /> politan Municipalities <br /> 2. Regular Members <br /> One representative appointed by the Executive <br /> Director of the League of .Minnesota Cities <br /> One representative appointed by the Executive <br /> Director of the Association of Metropolitan <br /> Municipalities . <br /> -Three representatives appointed by the President <br /> of MAMA. <br /> G. The Consultant shall provide at least one seminar per <br /> year, on :a labor issue mutually agreed .on by the Con- <br /> sultant and. the MAMA Board,- at direct cost. Any unanti- <br /> cipated: revenue derived above, the cost of .such a semi- <br /> nar, will revert to - the Sepcial Subscriber Service <br /> Account with the League of Minnesota Cities for future ' <br /> seminars. <br /> 4. ADMINISTRATION OF CONTRACT <br /> The Consultant will prepare and submit monthly - to the League, <br /> written summary reports indicating their activities in sup- <br /> port of this Agreement , including the amount of . time spent <br /> therein, and will , from time to- time, . make. oral reports to <br /> the Labor- Relations Subscriber ' Service Contract Committee <br /> regarding all phases of this agreement. Day-to-day -liaison <br /> will be maintained between the League and the Consultant . <br /> through the League ' s Executive Director or his agent who <br /> will be responsible for the administration of. this Agree- <br /> ment. <br /> 5. TERMS OF AGREEMENT <br /> . The terms of this Agreement shall - commence March 15, 1984 <br /> and end March 14, 1985.. <br /> A. A fixed retainer charge of $2.,037 dollars per month <br /> shall be paid to the * Consultant. This amount repre- <br /> sents monies needed to cover office overhead and mis- <br /> cellaneous support services to the _technical assis- <br /> • tance program. <br /> -3- <br />
