• F RESOLUTION 84-014 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS NOS. 84011 AND 84015 BETWEEN THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY AND RAMSEY COUNTY FOR THE COUNTY ROAD D PROJECT WHEREAS, the City and County desire to -jointly construct_ and improve portions of County Road D; and WHEREAS, two agreements have been submitted by Ramsey County to the City of St. Anthony pertaining to said construction and improvements , as follows : Ramsey County Agreement No. 84011 (Maintenance of Traffic Control Signals) Ramsey County Agreement No. 84015 (Cooperative Construction and Maintenance) . • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby authorizes Cie Mayor and City Manager to execute the abovementioned agreements on behalf of the City of St. Anthony.
