• <br /> RESOLUTION 84-020 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER <br /> TO SIGN THE CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br /> WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY REGARDING THE <br /> M COUNTY ROAD "D" PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County is preparing plans and specifications for <br /> Ramsey County Road "D" project, which construction will include <br /> portions located in the Hennepin County portion of the City of <br /> St. Anthony; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony will share in the Hennepin County <br /> cost share of said project asset forth in the Construction Co <br /> operative Agreement No. PW 11-10-84 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager <br /> are hereby authorized to sign .the Construction Cooperative <br /> • Agreement No. PW 11-10-84 between the City of St-.
