• RESOLUTION 84-027 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR <br /> YEAR X URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY <br /> DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS . AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL <br /> . WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has executed a Joint Cooperation <br /> Agreement with Hennepin County establishing participation in the <br /> Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant- Program; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City has developed a proposal for the use of Urban <br /> Hennepin County CDBG funds made available to it; and <br /> WHEREAS , the proposed use. of Community Development Block Grant funds <br /> by the City has been developed consistent with the Urban Hennepin <br /> County Statement of Objectives and the Housing and Community Develop- <br /> ment Act of 1974 , as amended; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed use of Community Development Block Grant funds <br /> was developed in cooperation with local citizens and the appropriate <br /> Urban Hennepin County Planning Area Citizen Advisory Committee: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> approves the following proposed program for use of Year X Urban <br /> Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant funds by the City <br /> • and authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County for con- <br /> sideration for inclusion in the Year X Urban Hennepin County Commu- <br /> nity Development Block Grant Statement of Objectives and Projected <br /> Use of Funds . <br /> Assisted.
