• <br /> RESOLUTION 84,,-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A <br /> WATERMAIN INTERCONNECTION <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention, of the City of St. -Anthony to purchase <br /> water from the City of Roseville, on a temporary basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, -St. Anthony has received a proposal from the engineering <br /> firm of Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. for the preparation of plans <br /> and specifications for the construction of a watermain along 29th <br /> Avenue N.E. to, provide temporary water to a portion of St. Anthony <br /> from the Roseville system; and <br /> WHEREAS, said proposal shall be prepared at a cost of $7,000 , <br /> which cost would be reimbursed from the State Superfund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby accepts the proposal from Short-Elliott-Hendrick- <br /> son, Inc. for said plans and specifications at a cost of $7,000 . <br /> • <br /> Adopted this day of :Tu n 19 84 . <br /> Mayo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> i <br /> Reviewed for administration: baua mt --�'J/�/t�la.,.(�`'e' <br /> City Manager <br />
