• <br /> RESOLUTION 84-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR <br /> CONSTRUCTION OF A WATERMAIN INTERCONNECTION <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of St. Anthony to purchase <br /> water from the City of Roseville on a temporary basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, St. Anthony has received four bids for the construction of <br /> a watermain for an interconnection to the City of Roseville 's system. <br /> The low bid of an amount not to exceed $127,090 was submitted by <br /> R. W. Moore, with the total project cost not to exceed $134 ,090, <br /> plus attorney ' s. fees (if . the City is unable to rent or borrow an <br /> 8 inch meter). . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, subject to the Cities of St. Paul <br /> and Roseville .(Roseville has a certain contract for water services <br /> with St. Paull agreeing to the connection of the Roseville water system - <br /> to a portion of St. Anthony, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby awards the contract for said watermain construction to R.
