RESOLUTION 84-036 <br /> • A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE APPORTIONMENT <br /> OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for local improvements, Storm Sewer Improvement, <br /> Street Improvement #61 , Storm Sewer Improvement #62, were previously adopted and <br /> certified to the County Auditors of Ramsey County, and <br /> WHEREAS, since adoption, certain property within said assessment rolls has now <br /> been replatted, resulting in Division No. 0 58823. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes that the County Auditor apportion the outstanding special <br /> assessments as follows: <br /> Original Parcel (81-50510-040-08) Tract A, Ex N. 75 ft. , Lots 3 & 4, Block 8, <br /> Mounds View Acres Second Addition. <br /> Auditors Assessment Original <br /> Number Assessment Unit Amount <br /> 905 Street Improvement Frt. ft. basis $2,640.11 <br /> 906 Storm Sewer Improvement Area basis 1 ,278.29 <br /> Resultant Parcel (.81-50510-041-08) Tract 1 , Subj'. to Rd. the following: <br /> Ex N. 75 ft. , Lots 3 & 4, Block 8, Mounds View Second Addition. <br /> Auditors Assessment Original <br /> Number Assessment Unit Amount <br /> 905 Street Improvement Frt. ft. basis $2,640.11 <br /> 906 Storm Sewer Improvement Area basis 1 ,278.29 <br /> Resultant Parcel (81-50510-041 =08) Tract 2, Part of A taken for widening <br /> County Road D. <br /> No assessments. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to prepare a <br /> certified copy of this resolution and certify same to the County Auditor of <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> Adopted thisay of.
