ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, The City of St. Anthony desires to donate to the United States of <br /> America, Department of Commerce, 'National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, <br /> National Weather Service a Triton Doppler Radar System; . and <br /> WHEREAS, bids were �let and subsequently awarded to Kavouras,. Inc. in the amount <br /> of $68,186.00. <br /> WHEREAS, an Agreement has been drafted which specifies the terms and conditions <br /> of said purchase. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby <br /> authorized to enter into the Agreement entitled "Agreement Between City of <br /> St. Anthony and Kavouras Inc.
