RESOLUTION 84-048 <br /> A RESOLUTION ON THE NOISE IMPACT OF THE AIRPORT <br /> AND REPRESENTATION ON THE METROPOLITAVAIRCRAFT SOUND ABATEMENT <br /> COUNCIL ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Aircraft Sound Abatement Council (MASAC) exists to <br /> discuss and attempt to resolve concerns and problems relating to the noise <br /> impact of the airport on the surrounding community; and <br /> WHEREAS, concerns have been expressed by St. Anthony residents relating to noise <br /> in our community due-to airport take off and landing procedures. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> that Mr. Douglas Koehntop is hereby appointed to represent St. Anthony at <br /> meetings of the MASAC recognizing that the by-laws do' not allow St. Anthony to <br /> be a voting member, but that our concerns and imput are welcomed by the airport <br /> administration. <br /> Adopted this 131� day of A I e_m se—r. 1984. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: , <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> J <br /> J. <br />
