ENROOTH TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> OF THE RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br /> WHREAS , an opening on the Board of Directors of the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed District has been announced and nominations sought; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Enrooth, currently a St. Anthony Village <br /> Councilmember, former Planning Commissioner and currently an <br /> active member of the Rice Creek Watershed District's 509 Task <br /> Force is seeking that office; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the .City of St. Anthony feels that <br /> Richard Enrooth would be a valuable addition to the Watershed <br /> .District Board in providing stability, sound judgement and an <br /> unbiased perspective. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT `RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony hereby strongly recommends to the Ramsey County <br /> Board of .Commissioners the consideration -of Richard Enrooth, <br /> 3300 Skycroft ,Drive N.E:, .St-.
