• <br /> RESOLUTION 85-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1985 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS,- the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered its con- <br /> struction program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on the <br /> requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to comply with <br /> the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the' City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accepting petitions for <br /> • public improvements to be included in the 1985 construction program. <br /> Adopted this day of Zo-n.u-0-r! 1985. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: l� <br /> City Manager <br /> ._ <br />
