• <br /> RESOLUTION 85-008 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROGRAM OF TECHNICAL <br /> ASSISTANCE IN LABOR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS <br /> PROVIDED BY LABOR RELATIONS ASSOCIATES, INC. <br /> FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1985 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires continuation of <br /> a program of technical assistance in labor relations management; and <br /> WHEREAS, description of a labor relations program is contained in a Memorandum <br /> of. Agreement submitted by the League of Minnesota Cities and Labor Relations <br /> Associates, Inc. ; and <br /> WHEREAS, said program and its services are to be provided by Labor Relations <br /> Associates, Inc. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE- IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves said Memorandum of Agreement and the services/program described <br /> therein. <br /> • Adopted this day of TICA n tA a r 1985. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
