B . An hourly time , material and expense charge for consulting <br /> services rendered by a principal member at the rata of :$36 . 11 <br /> • dollars per hour , by an associate member at the rate of <br /> $20. 9.`,- dollars per hour , and by a research assistant at the <br /> rate of $12. 70 dollars per hour . <br /> C . The sum of all such compensation in A and B ( above) shill not <br /> exeed the total fees paid in support of this Agreement for <br /> the 1985-1986 Agreement year . Exhibit A lists the current <br /> contributors and shows anticipated fees , although this is <br /> subject to change during the Agreement through the addition <br /> or deletion of subscribers . <br /> D. Services provided by the Consultant which are outside of the <br /> scope of this Agreement and which are provided to those <br /> agencies participating in special subscriber services shall <br /> be billed at the rate of $50 .72 dollars per hour . <br /> E . Cancellation Clause <br /> This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon thirty <br /> (30 ) days written notice . <br /> F .
