18 .12 have the ab.il.i.ty to perform the duties and <br /> • responsibilities of the job vacancy . <br /> 18 .2 Employees filling a higher job class based on the provisions <br /> of this ARTICLE shall be subject to the conditions of ARTICLE <br /> XVI (PROBATIONARY PERIOD) . <br /> 18.3 The EMPLOYER has the right of final decision in the selection <br /> of employees to fill posted jobs based on qualifications , <br /> abilities and experience . <br /> 18 .4 Job vacancies within the designated bargaining unit will be <br /> posted for five (5 ) working days so that members of the <br /> bargaining unit can be considered for such vacancies. <br /> ARTICLE XIX INSURANCE <br /> • 19 . 1 The EMPLOYER will contribute up to a maximum of one hundred <br /> fifty-five dollars ($155 .00 ) per month per employee for group <br /> health and life insurance including dependent coverage for <br /> calendar 1985 . <br /> 19 .2 The EMPLOYER will contribute up to a maximum of <br /> dollars ($ o ) per month per employee for group health and <br /> life insurance including dependent coverage for calendar <br /> 1986. <br /> 19 .3 By mutual agreement employees may use fifteen dollars <br /> ($15 .00 ) of the per month per employee of health insurance <br /> dollars in 19 . 1 and 19 .2 for dental insurance for all unit <br /> employees . <br /> -15- <br />
