RESOLUTION 85-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED PROGRAM FOR YEAR XI <br /> URBAN HENNEPIN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br /> BLOCK GRANT FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING ITS SUBMITTAL <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony, through execution of a Joint Cooperation <br /> Agreement with Hennepin County, is a cooperating unit in the Urban County <br /> Community Development B'$ock Grant Program. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has developed a proposal for the use of <br /> Urban Hennepin County CDBG funds made-available to it; and <br /> WHEREAS, the following proposed use of Community Development Block Grant <br /> funds was developed consistent with program rules. <br /> Senior Citizens Program $ 5,7,00 <br /> Sidewalk Construction (.access to 5,000 <br /> medical facilities) . <br /> Elderly Rental Housing Project 34,061 <br /> -Assistance <br /> $34,061 <br /> • BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of St. Anthony approves the proposed use <br /> of Year XI Urban Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant funds and <br /> authorizes submittal of the proposal to Hennepin County for consideration by <br /> the Citizenry Advisory Committee and for inclusion in the Year XI Urban <br /> Hennepin County Community Development Block Grant Statement of Objectives and <br /> Projected Use of Funds. <br /> Adopted this day of A,2r,, 1985. <br /> ,1 <br /> a'yo <br /> ATTEST: <br /> __J(�_!�,��Sd <br /> City- Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> �� City Manager <br />
