n <br /> RESOLUTION NO. x-85-0'2'8 <br /> RESOLUTION RELATING TO A PROPOSED HOUSING PLAN FOR THE <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER <br /> 462C, AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony, Minnesota (the "Municipality"') , as follows: <br /> SECTION 1 <br /> Recitals <br /> The Municipality proposes to adopt a housing plan (the "Plan" ) <br /> under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C, as amended (the "Act" ) , <br /> which sets forth, among other things, the housing needs of the <br /> Municipality and methods for meeting such needs. The <br /> Municipality has caused to be prepared a Plan, which Plan has <br /> been presented to members of this. Council. <br /> SECTION 2 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> 2. 1. Section 462C.01( b) of the Act requires that prior to <br /> adoption of the Plan, this Council conduct a public hearing on <br /> the Plan. A public hearing on the Plan and its adoption is <br /> • hereby called and shall be held on July 9, 1985, at 7: 30 <br /> o 'clock P.M. , at the City Hall. <br /> 2. 2. The City Clerk shall cause notice of the public hearing <br /> to be published in the Bulletin , the official <br /> newspaper of the Municipality and a newspaper of general, <br /> circulation in the Municipality, at least once not less than <br /> thirty (30 ) days prior to the date fixed for the public <br /> hearing.
