RESOLUTION 85-031 <br /> APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE-AID FUNDS <br /> TO C.S.A.H. TO T.H. PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of St. Anthony <br /> to participate in the cost of a construction project located on C.S.A.H. No. 19 <br /> within the limits of said municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department of <br /> Highways and identified in its records as S.A.P.
