PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City of <br /> St. Anthony to participate in the cost of a construction project located <br /> on C-.S.A.H. No. 93 withi-n the limits of said municipality; and <br /> WHEREAS, said construction project has been approved by the Department <br /> of Highways and identified in its records as S.A.P.
