• RESOLUTION NO. 85-050 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA, ENTITLED "CHANDLER PLACE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND TAX INCREMENT PLAN" , ORIGINALLY DATED OCTOBER 8, 1985 WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved a Redevelopment Plan for an urban renewal project for the Chandler Place Area of St . Anthony, Minnesota entitled "Chandler 'Place Redevelopment Plan and Tax Increment Plan" , originally dated October 8, 1985 (the Plan) ; and WHEREAS, an Amendment No. 1 to said Plan has been prepared and approved by the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority which provides for an alternative use of tax increments to be generated by the housing tax increment financing district created pursuant to said Plan. NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St . Anthony, Minnesota having studied . and considered Amendment No. 1 to the Plan, as follows : 1 . Amendment No. 1 to the Plan is hereby approved • in the form submitted. 2 . Said Amendment No. 1 is consistent with the findings of the Council set forth in resolutions 85-043 and 85-045 approving the Plan and establishing said tax increment district, and said findings are confirmed and incorporated. herein by reference.
