RESOLUTION 86-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1986 <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered its <br /> construction program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit <br /> on the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to <br /> comply with the improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota <br /> State Statutes. <br /> NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br /> St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accepting <br /> petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1986 construction <br /> • program. <br /> Adopted this 14 day of 1986. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: _ <br /> City C erk <br /> Reviewed for administration: M,I ► add, <br /> City Manager <br /> f� � ' <br />
