RESOLUTION 86-006 <br /> RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br /> EASEMENTS IN VACATED HARDING * <br /> STREET <br /> After discussion ofa- motion by Rana 110 to vacate --a <br /> portion of certain easements located in vacated Harding Street , <br /> it was' deemed- in the interest of the public to grant the vacation. <br /> Council member Ra'nallo introduced the following resolu- <br /> tion- and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the- City Council of the <br /> City of St. Anthony that the following described <br /> easements which were . created by the documents <br /> indicated: <br /> 1. The utility easement and right of ingress and <br /> egress described in Clerk's certificate dated <br /> June 26, 1959, recorded July 1, 1959, as <br /> Document No. 3184160. <br /> 2 . The utility easement- described in Warranty <br /> Deed dated November 9, 1963, recorded December <br /> • 5, 1963, as Document No. 3447185. <br /> 3 . The utility easement described in Resolution <br /> dated June 9, 1964, recorded June 30,- 1964, as <br /> Document No. 3483350 <br /> are hereby declared and ordered vacated and <br /> discontinued as to the following described <br /> property: <br /> That part of the 'vacated Harding Street, ST. <br /> ANTHONY- VILLAGE COMMERCIAL CENTER ADDITION NO. <br /> 1, according to, the recorded plat thereof on <br /> file and of record in the County Recorders <br /> Office, Hennepin County, Minnesota described <br /> as follows: <br /> Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 5 <br /> of said plat; thence on an assumed bearing of <br /> N 50 degrees 53 minutes 21 seconds East, a <br /> distance of 328 .86 feet; thence .S _ 62 degrees <br /> 50 minutes 16 seconds East, along center .line <br /> of vacated Sunset Avenue, 50.00 feet; thence S. <br /> 27 degrees 09 minutes 44 .seconds West, a <br />
