` RESOLUTION 86-024 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br /> S.A.P. 161-106-04 (_ST. ANTHONY BOULEVARD) FROM <br /> STINSON BOULEVARD TO SILVER LAKE ROAD IN THE CITY OF <br /> ST. ANTHONY, MINNESOTA <br /> THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 27th day of May, 1986, by the City of St. Anthony in <br /> Hennepin/Ramsey County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be <br /> called the "City", <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of MSAS 106 (St. Anthony Boulevard) <br /> from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road; <br /> WHEREAS, the "City", will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on the improve- <br /> ment of this Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides <br /> of the street approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid <br /> Street project must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions that would be a necessary prerequisite <br /> to the approval of this construction as a Municipal State Aid project in the <br /> • "City", has been determined. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the "City", shall ban the parking of motor <br /> vehicles on the north .-and south side of MSAS 106 (St. Anthony Boulevard) at all <br /> times. <br /> Adopted this �"�� qday of ma.1 1986. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: z J <br /> City Clerk <br /> ' 1 <br /> Reviewed for administration: - � <br /> rn <br /> City Manager <br /> 1 (/ <br />
