• RESOLUTION 87-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF EASEMENT <br /> After discussion of a motion by Ranallo to vacate certain <br /> easements located in a portion of vacated Sunset Avenue, it was <br /> deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation. <br /> Councilmember Ranallo introduced the following resolution and <br /> moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City <br /> of St. Anthony that the easements for utilities and <br /> ingress and egress created by that certain Clerk' s <br /> Certificate dated June 21, 1959, recorded July 1, 1959, <br /> as Document No. 3184160, are hereby declared and ordered <br /> vacated and discontinued as to the following described <br /> property: <br /> That part of Sunset Avenue, as platted in St. Anthony <br /> Village Commercial Center :Addition No. 1, Hennepin <br /> County, Minnesota, now vacated per Document No. <br /> 3184160, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the northwest corner of Block 5, <br /> • said plat; thence on an assumed bearing of <br /> N. 50 deg. 53 ' 21" E. , along the northwesterly line <br /> of said block and its northeasterly extension 328.86 <br /> feet to its intersection with the northwesterly <br /> extension of the center line of Sunset Avenue; <br /> thence S. 62 deg. 50 ' 16" E. , along said extension <br /> and center line of Sunset Avenue, 50.00 feet; thence <br /> S. 27 deg. 09 ' 44" W. , 25. 00 feet to the actual point <br /> of beginning; thence S. 62 deg. 50 ' 16" E. , parallel <br /> with said center line, 207 .30 feet; thence <br /> S. 27 deg. 09' 44" W. , to the southwesterly right of <br /> way line of said Sunset Avenue; thence N. 62 deg. 50 ' <br /> 16" W. , along said right of way line, to its <br /> intersection with a line drawn S. 27 deg. 09 ' 44" W. <br /> from the actual point of beginning; thence N. 27 deg. <br /> 09 ' 44" E. to the actual point of beginning. <br /> and that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the <br /> proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded <br /> by Makowske and upon a vote being taken, thereon, the following <br /> voted in favor thereof: <br /> Sundland, Makowske, Ranallo, Enrooth, and Marks <br /> • <br />
